Parts /Scrap Transporter

Parts /Scrap Transporter is used to transport the pieces of parts or scrap, with a shaking tray motion / vibration. The Transporter tray is adjusted and fitted onto the body and the rhythmic, linear motion movers the tray forward and backwards. The finished parts of scrap are gently shuffled along the tray and into a container.

Installation:

Mount the RE Transporter rigidly to a solid surface.
Connect Air Filter, Regulator and Lubricator for air line to the Transporter.
Adjust the Pressure between 1 to 4 bar with the regulator. Higher pressure will shorten the life of the Transporter.
Set the Transporter at minimum 5 degree inclination. Higher inclination----Lower air pressure----Lower air consumption.
Put the Parts/Scrap on the tray and find out the minimum air pressure required.

Attention:

Make sure in case of heavy parts/scrap, the parts/scrap are uniformly distributed on the tray.
Work with dry compressed air.

Maintenance:

No maintenance is required.
Running for 24 hours daily; grease the moving parts weekly.
