Notes for the use of Gas Springs |

Do not make mechanical work on the cylinder body |
|
|
• |
Do not disassemble the cylinder except by the qualified maintenance
people |
|
|
• |
No eccentric load is applied on the gas cylinder otherwise it may cause
gas leakage |
|
|
• |
Do not over travel than the specified stroke length |
|
|
• |
The screw hole at the end of the piston rod is provided for the
assembling of the gas cylinder. It is not to be used for mounting purpose |
|
|
• |
The maximum operating temperature is 80 deg.C (176 deg.F ) |
|
| • |
For high temperature application (eg. Mould), we can supply the special
version. For work up to 180 deg.C to 200 deg.C ( 356 deg.F to 392 deg. F ) without reduction of the lifetime. |
